Product Overview

The Assembly is a Circuit Card Assembly for Detector Interface Board (DIB) of the Prodigy bone densitometers and other medical equipment as applicable. The circuit card is an embedded controller of the Prodigy system. It is responsible for all Prodigy detector control and support operation that intended to run as a slave to either the Prodigy CSBC CCA (7635 or 41170) or the host PC. The part supports self-diagnostic capabilities in CPU firmware including on board test circuit which allows firmware to switch any channel to test mode during which detector inputs shall be replaced by test / calibration pulses. The assembly is the product descriptions of the functional blocks of the Detector interface board contains Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) sensitive devices. The product is comprised of filmware programs, Hardware overview, CPU Block, MAX PLD, FPGA PLD and ASIC Interface. The assembly is a proven design which fits well into demanding applications.
